Shipping Destinations

Urban Mart ships to addresses across India, including all major cities, towns, and rural areas.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or high order volumes during peak seasons.

Order Processing

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after payment is received.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
Certain products may have restrictions due to size, weight, or destination. Any such restrictions will be noted on the product page.

Tracking Your Order

After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also track your order by logging into your Urban Mart account and viewing your order history.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact our Customer Service team within 48 hours of receipt with your order number and photos of the damaged items.
If your order is lost in transit, please contact our Customer Service team so we can assist you in locating your package or arranging for a replacement.

Shipping Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed and shipped.
